Subscription Information

1. Publication of open access ("Open Access publishing") offers a relatively new model for the publication of scientific journals, which provides immediate, worldwide, barrier-free access to the full text of all published articles. Open access allows all interested readers to browse, download, print and distribute any article without a subscription, which allows them to distribute author work to a much greater extent than the traditional subscription-based publication model. Many authors in various fields have begun to realize the benefits that an open access publication can provide in terms of increasing the impact of their work.

2. The main motivation for most authors to publish articles in an open access journal is to increase publicity and, ultimately, the advantage of citation. Links to articles in the open access journal show that open access articles are cited more often or earlier than closed or restricted articles.

3. In the open access model, the costs of publishing an article are paid from the budget allocated to the research of the author or his educational institution in the form of a fee for preparing (processing) the article for publication. This article processing fee replaces personal payment and allows publishers to make the full text of each published article freely available to all interested readers. Open access brings increased and increased publicity to all institutions that fund and manage research.

4. Universities, institutes, foundations, national foundations for scientific research, and government agencies all benefit from increased visibility and higher levels of citation for the research projects they sponsor. In addition, unlimited use and direct access to free scientific literature provides a great resource for teaching, presentations, conferences and lectures, and thus, both the teaching staff and students benefit greatly from this.
