Phylogenetic tree of C. pseudotuberculosis isolates based on the rpoB gene sequence. The tree was conducted with MEGA7 using Neighbor-joining method and Bootstrap value of 1000 repetitions. Twenty two rpoB genes of the C. pseudotuberculosis isolates obtained in this study designated as C. pseudotuberculosis RA1-RA22 as shown in tree and they were deposited in the GenBank database under accessions number: MT974521 to MT974542).
